Dark Plasma is a weapon used by the Trayn Collective. At 7,500 degrees kelvin, it is far hotter than normal plasma used by the Trayn. It is created by releasing Drahknium, a rare gas found in the Verion Nebula, into the plasma stream as it is created. It is seldom used by the Trayn, as Drahknium is incredibly rare. When it is used, however, it is immensely powerful. Each ship is only capable of using this weapon three times before its Drahknium reserves run out.
Dark Plasma appears to be purple on the inside of the beam, but black around the edges.
